Show f ' V '" - t VHf Max B. Simpson, who will teach seminary classes here. New seminary teachers listed Two teacher appointments for LDS Seminary in Springville, Spring-ville, are announced this week. They are Max B. Simpson and Walter Stewart. A native of Benjamin, Mr. Stewart is married to the former for-mer Ruth Francis and they have four children. He received a B.S. degree from the University Univer-sity of- Utah in 1947 and an LLB degree from the same school in 1949. Previusly, he served on an LDS mission in Great Britain and did proselyting proselyt-ing work in Great Britain and North Germany in 1962-66. He has held numerous positions in the auxiliaries of the church and is an Eagle Scout. He is a colonel in the U.S. Air Force and has received the Silver Star, Distinguished Flying Cross and Air Medal. Mr. Simpson Mr. Simpson was born at Hooper. He and his wife Marilyn Mari-lyn Ence Simpson, have two children. He filled a mission in the Gulf States, attended Weber We-ber College and in 1964 received receiv-ed a B.S. degree in psychology. He has been an instructor in the various church organizations organiza-tions and at present is serving as a home teacher and second counselor in the elders quorum. He has been in the Seminary program since 1964 having taught at Tempe, Ariz., and . Utah State Industrial School seminary. |
