Show Jaycees install facilities at Kelly's Grove The Springville Jaycee club men have been busy the past two weeks at Kellys Grove, adding ad-ding to the recreational facilities facili-ties in the area. They constructed an open fire pit behind the Lions club fireplace, making a total of five such pits now available to the public. Later they excavated an area approximately 15 by 22 feet for a children's sandpile. They plan to install various kinds of stationary sta-tionary equipment in the sand-pile sand-pile for the youngsters. Future plans of the organization organiza-tion also include construction of more rock fountains on the grounds and installation of a new fence bordering the north side of this part of the park. The clubmen and wives and families enjoyed a canyon outing out-ing replacing a regular meeting meet-ing recently with members, Bob Snow, Bob Holley, Jack Howell, Jim Wiley, Harry Wind, Gale Parcell, Dave Wheeler, Dave Gabbitas and Wayne Blanchard and families attending. |
