Show Bite Geno Wiscombe, 27, 208 South 400 West, was rushed to the Utah Valley Hospital Tuesday, after he was bitten by a black widow spider, as he moved lumber at the Clyde Construction yard. Mr. Wiscombe had presence pres-ence of mind to cut the spot on his left forearm where the bite occurred to release Che poison. Chief Ashley Graham had him to the hospital hos-pital in 15 minutes after the bte, but he was already feeling feel-ing the effects of the poison. After treatment, he was feeling better. Chief Graham said this is the time for spiders and he warned everyone to be on the lookout especially for black widows. |
