Judge Burns revoked the probation which was established earlier this year when Blake was convicted of a third degree felony after shooting at the Playhouse Lounge from the water tank on the hill east of Cedar City. With probation revoked, the judge sentenced him to zero to five years in the Utah State Prison for the offense. Aaron Dee Sexton, also known as Aaron Dee Miller, also appeared for sentencing after being convicted earlier by a jury of aggravated burglary, a first degree felony.
