This will be the first time we have played them this season." Following the CEU contest, con-test, the Thunderbirds host conference opponents Adams State and Fort Lewis February 22 and 23. Should SUSC win both contests, the team could end up in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference divisional playoff, hosted by the Western Division winner. SUSC is currently 3-3 in the Western Division. Adams State is also 3-3, but the division is led by Mesa and Western State, each with only two defeats. "Those final conference games will be very im-. portant to us," Peterson indicates, "and we'd like to get our act together this week against CEU so we'll be ready for the RMAC opponents." Following the Adams State-Fqtjt Lewis series, the 'Birds finish the regular season with games against CEU in Cedar City (February 26) and Brigham Young University in Provo (February 28).
