"Just think, we are not subject to control, nor bound by force; but have the legal and political rights of free enterprise as a citizen. It is a freedom that must be carefully guarded," he concluded. "With all the freedoms we enjoy in this great country, this opportunity to participate in an economic system dominated by free enterprise is one of the greatest," stated Paul Whetman, president of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce, on the eve of Free' Enterprise Week to be celebrated February 17 through 23. Sponsored locally by the Chamber of Commerce the observance will be declared by Governor Scott Matheson, and a series of events will be staged to emphasize the importance im-portance of the system that has made America great, Whetman stated. As part of the observance the Chamber of Commerce will be conducting con-ducting an economic survey, prepared by the Utah State Board of Education, at the High School and at the college to identify the un-' un-' derstanding of the system by students in the educational system.
