Show I Continued Learning Topics Discussed In the Dixie College area the Institute for Continued Learning has created a program by members which includes such things as seminars, study groups, classes, forums, speakers, trips, luncheons, and holiday parties. Col Ed Groves, who established the Institute, after being involved with it at San Diego, will speak on this program at the February meeting of the Color Country Retired Officers Of-ficers Club in Cedar City. , The topic will be of particular par-ticular interest because Cedar City members want to explore the idea of a similar program for the Southern Utah State College area. Dr. Ralph Starr, Assistant Vice President for Academic 1 Affairs at SUSC, who heads the Division of Continuing Education, said that facilities for such . a program, and organizing assistance, will be available from the College. Because of the general interest in the topic of Col Grove's talk the Club is inviting the public to the no-host no-host meeting. It will be at the Sugar Loaf Cafe on Saturday, Satur-day, February 23. The social hour is at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7. Meals will be ordered from the menu. Reservations Reser-vations must be made no later than Monday, February 18 by calling Col Hanson at Cedar City, 586-6362; 586-6362; Lt. Col. Crosby at St. George, 673-4322; or by notifying Col.
