Show Two Liquor Charge Arrests Made By Sheriff Liquor was responsible for the two arrests made by the Sheriff's office this week. Fred Reber was arrested and charged with the unlawful possession of liquor. He appeared before Justice of the Peace George F. Whitehead and was bound over to the district court. Andrew Rankin was also arrested ar-rested for intoxication and fined $10 by Justice of the Peace Whitehead. ' Ralph Whipple was arrested on January 31 by Patrolman L. A. Porter in connection with a car accident on January 24. He was charged with drunken driving and appeared before Justice of the Peace Whitehead on February 6 when he was 'bound over to the District Court-because of its being be-ing a second offense. Miss Donna Edwards of Cedar City, driver of the other car in this accident, appeared before the Justice of the Peace and was fined $5 for driving without an operator's license. |
