Show State Legislative Junket Due Here on February 22 Almost Entire Group of Both Senate and House Expected to Be Here Roll calls of the Utah State Senate Sen-ate and House of Representatives received by Pres. Glenn E. Snow Wednesday indicate that over 150 members and their wives will visit St. George on February 22 -and 23 in the legislative junket. Final arrangements were made with Cedar City Chamber of Commerce Com-merce by a local group who went to Cedar City Tuesday. The legislators will arrive at Cedar City at 6 a. m., Saturday morning, February 22. Following breakfast, they will leave in St. George and Hurricane cars for Hurricane where they will visit the Virgin river damsite and view the bench land to be irrigated by this dam from the Hurricane lookout point. At noon, they will be guests of the Hurricane Chamber Cham-ber of Commerce for luncheon at which Senator Claud Hirschi will be toastmaster. They will proceed pro-ceed to St. George in the afternoon after-noon where a public meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m., in the Tabernacle. Tab-ernacle. In the evening, they will be feted at a banquet in the Arrowhead Ar-rowhead hotel to be followed by a dance in the Recreation hall. Sunday morning following breakfast break-fast they will be returned to Cedar City in cars from there, where they will be guests of the B. A. C. for the day. Committees have been appointed to handle the various parts of the undertaking. J. L. Wadsworth, president of the Chamber of Commerce Com-merce will act as ex-officio member mem-ber of each and any committee in an information capacity, and he urges that committee chairmen chair-men get their committees together immediately to start work.
