Show Toquerville Mrs. Kowena Slack Reporter Mrs. Anna Larson and Joseph Barton of Elko, were married Friday Fri-day in the St. George L. D. S. Temple. Ellis Smith and daughter, Mrs. Reta Russell and small son left Sunday for Salt Lake City where Mrs. Russell will take her son to the L. D. S. Children's hospital- for medical treatment. Visitors at our Sacrament meeting meet-ing were Ray Bradshaw and Jerry Johnson of Hurricane. Mrs. Ina Day of Salt Lake City is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Kleinman. Mrs. Laura Pulsipher of St. George spent the week-end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Heber L. Naegle. Mr. and Mrs. Onzell Weech of Los Angeles are visiting at the home of Mrs. Weech's mother, Mrs. Caroline A. Slack. Mrs. Avery Bringhurst is visiting visit-ing in Kanarra. Martin Anderson spent Saturday Satur-day and Sunday in Salt Lake City. Clay Denton has been confined to his bed for the past few days. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Beatty and family have moved from Zion Park where they have been for the past summer. The Y. L.M.I. A. has been reorganized re-organized with Mrs. Bernice Bringhurst as president and Mrs. Clara Kleinman and Mrs. Leona Beatty as counselors. Lola Beatty returned Monday from Sun Valley where she had spent two weeks. Walter H Anderson and daughter, daugh-ter, Kathleen of Salt Lake City left Friday for their home after visiting Mr. Anderson's mother, Mrs. Eliza Ann Anderson. The M. I. A. held their opening social Tuesday evening. Representatives of the Y. L. and Y. M. M. I. A. spent Sunday in St. George attending the M. I. A. convention. |
