THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise, within thirty days after aft-er service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demand of the complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. M.; thence North 37 degrees 53 minutes West 1701.4 feet: thence North 53.7 feet, thence South 37 degrees 53 minutes East 1743.S feet; thence South 52 degrees .07 minutes West to point of beginning, containing con-taining 1.30 acres, be the same more or less. PARCEL TWO: Beginning at a point 601.5 feet North and 1320 feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 32. Township 42 South, Range 15 West. S. L. M.: thence North 37 degrees 53 minutes West 309.5 feet: thence North 59 degrees de-grees 39 minutes East 33.3 feet; thence South 37 degrees 53 minutes min-utes East 262.7 feet; thence South 53.7 feet to the point of beginning begin-ning containing 0.22 acres, be the same more or less.
