Electricity Elec-tricity plays an important role in our leisure time, providing the labor saving power which enables us to spend much more of our free time swimming, fishing, boating, camping and much, much more. Please respect all sources of electric power. Be alert to its presence and assure yourself and your family a safe and enjoyable summer. Cookouts are one of our most popular summertime activities. Electrically powered grills and rotisseries turn outdoor out-door barbeques into tasty meals the cook can enjoy as much as the guests! Be sure to play it safe when you have a cookout, though. Promote responsible electric accident control when using an electric grill with a three wire cord, and be sure the cord is connected to a ground fault interrupter protected circuit. cir-cuit. And when sailing, sail-ing, be sure your mast will not touch any overhead power lines that may be near the water. Enjoy a pleasant summer sum-mer of clear sailing by exercising reponsible electric accident control. Summertime finds many of us taking to the road in mobile homes and camping camp-ing trailers, many of which are equipped equip-ped to provide dependable electric power. Take time to see to it that your camper or trailer is wired safely. Be sure all external connecting lines are polarized three wire cords. Don't let electric power find the ground it is seeking by passing through your body or through your improperly connected or wired camper. Exercise extreme caution should you wish to raise a television antenna on your camper. Look overhead to make sure no power line is near before you proceed. pro-ceed. It only takes a moment to be sure. ..and it may well save your life. Electricity certainly makes our summertime sum-mertime chores a whole lot easier. Although they probably won't become our most popular summer activities, grass cutting and hedge trimming aren't the drudgeries they used to be. Your electric power supplier offers a word of caution, however, lie absolutely absolute-ly sure all electric mowers and trimmers trim-mers are powered through three wire cords connected to ground fault interrupter inter-rupter protected circuits.
