Show Maeser 1 Enid Hatch I Phone 789-315Q J Brent Hackings return from Saudi Arabia The Grant Hackings received word that their son Brent Hacking and family are now living in Houston, Texas. Brent works for the Ramco Oil Company and they have been living in Saudi Arabia for seven years. They toured South Africa on their way home. The especially enjoyed Johannesburg, one of the larger cities of South Africa. Verna Wilke, Mildred's sister of Glendell, California is visiting at the Hackings. Since arriving, she was taken ill with pneumonia and was admitted to the Ashley Valley Medical Center. Ada Curtis of Copperton; Dora Freston, Roosevelt, and Vernal Durfey of Kearns have visited at the Dee Jenkins home. The David Clark and the Nolan Jackson family, Janet Knudson and Marilyn Adams traveled to Sidney, Montana where they visited with the Jay and Jana Rae Phillips family and Dave Joe Merkley. From there they went to the Dakotas to see Mount Rush-more Rush-more and then to Rapid City, S. D. Mr. and Mrs. John Stone of Cortez, Colorado have been visiting the Dave Clark family a few days this week. The Boyd Hatch family held their reunion this year in Monroe under the direction of Bishop and Mrs. Wayne T. Jenkins. They traveled to Bullion Canyon west of Marysville. There they camped for two days. Sunday they attended the Fathers Day program at the Monroe First Ward Chapel. They enjoyed a "land of Scripture" dinner and a family fireside on Isreal, Greece, Italy and Egypt, was enjoyed by all. The Jenkins had toured these countries a year ago. Those attending the reunion were Mary Ellen Hatch of Tempe, Arizona; the Jerry Hatch family of Lehi; the Reid Samuels of North Ballard; the Boyd Hatches of Maeser and the David L. Hatches of Dowd Mountain. Kaye Richens -and Reid Merkley -. graduated from Utah State University in Logan. Kaye's husband, Merlin, and family were at the ceremonies.
