Four counts face pair in drug arrest Two Vernal residents were arrested July 20 by the Vernal City and Uintah Uin-tah County Task Force, ' said Chief of Police Johnathan Jones. They were arraigned before Judge Kenneth Anderton and pled not guilty to the charges. Released on $10,000 bond was Grace Allison Sandifer, 20 and Kyle Str-ingham, Str-ingham, 20, who's bail was set at $5,000. Sandifer was charged with three counts of distribution of controlled substances, marijauna and cocaine, and Stringham was charged with one count. The pair were arrested by the Task Force at their residence, 1329 North 1500 West in Vernal, after being be-ing served with a search warrant, said Jones. The Task Force is headed head-ed by Sgt. Bob Downard, VCPD and Sgt. Jack Reynolds, UCSO.
