The car was . driven by Todd Merkley. Second place in the smash up meet was nabbed by Ashley's A-l car, which . was driven by Robert Shaw. Third place was nabbed by Vernal 8th's number 11 car. The car was driven by Jeff Robbins. Car 244 of Maeser 1st captured first place in the flat track race. The driver was Todd Merkley. Two heats were held before the final race. Maeser 3rd's car number 23 pocketed the best looking car award. The car was driven by John Merkley. Five trophies were presented in the meet. Work on Maeser lst's car number 224 wasn't started until noon, Tuesday, which was the day of the race. The race was held at 3 p.m. The owners of the car started working on the car at the last minute, but wpnt on to take first place in the meet at the Maeser .sneedway.
