Show REPORT OF SENATOR BORAH'S INDICTMENT IS NOW CONFIRMED BOISE. Ida., April 15. United States Senator W. E. Borah has been indicted by the Federal grand jury, presumably on the charge of conspirary to defraud the Government. But he has not been arrested, ar-rested, and probably will not be until after af-ter the trial of William D. Haywood, secretary and treasurer of the Western Federation of Miners, for the alleged murder of former Gov. Steunenberg. Senator Borah is attorney for the prosecution prose-cution in this case. Facts have been ascertained, which explain ex-plain the cause for the delay in making the arrest of Senator Borah and others Indicted with him. Senator Borah has demanded de-manded of Attorney-General Charles J. Bonaparte that the evidence given before be-fore thie grand Jury be reviewed by the Department of Justice before the papers are served on him, and agents of the Government are now on their way to Washington with this evidence.
