Show MURRAY LEGION SEATSOFFICERS MURRAY New officers of Murray Mur-ray post No. 60 of the American Legion and its auxiliary were installed in-stalled at separate meetings here Monday night. The legion Installed In-stalled Its officers at the Murray city firemen's hall, while the auxiliary aux-iliary conducted Its meetlnf In the Murray Baptist church. Delbert H. Townsend replaced H. A. Robbins as post commander. Other new post officers are: Ray Miller, first vice commander; David Da-vid Keith, second vice commander; J. Leo Jensen treasurer; Frantz H. Westover, adjutant; W. Carl Bergstrom, sergeant at arms, and S. I. Lawrence, chaplain. The auxiliary installed Mrs. O. Lee Byers as president; Mrs. J. P. Payne, second vice president; Mrs. Roberj Meckel, treasurer; Mrs. H. L. Van Quill, secretary; Mrs. Fred F. Jensen, corresponding secretary; secre-tary; Mrs. O. Sundwall, historian; Mrs. John A. Nelson, chaplain; Mrs. Theresa Comes, sergeant at arms, and Mrs. Russell N. Stiriand, colorbearer. The installations were under direction di-rection of J. T. Adams of Tooele, new district commander, and Mrs. Mike Brisk of Bingham, new district dis-trict president. |
