Show AUTO HITS BOY ' CATCHING BUS Kay Young, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Cannon Young of 463 B street, Tuesday was recovering from cuts and bruises suffered Monday evening when struck by an automobile. The boy, attempting attempt-ing to board a utility bus, ran Into the path of an automobile at Second Sec-ond South and Main streets, police said. Meanwhile, persons injured when a truck was reportedly forced from the road and overturned, over-turned, killing one passenger, wer reported recovering. Injured were C. H. Chealey, 32, of 820 South West Temple street, driver of the truck; Donald Beck, 9, son of Mr. and Mrs. B. D. Beck of Springfield; Luther M. Smith, IS, of the Sallna C C C camp, and LeRoy Rich, 19, son of Mrs. Rod-; Rod-; ney Rich of Richmond, Utah. All were reported -recovering. Mr. Smith Is in the Fort Douglas hospital. hos-pital. All were Injured In the crash that took the life of Harlln Junior ' Kofoed, 15, of Weston. Idaho. The accident occurred Saturday near the Draper crossroads on South State street. |
