Arguments were made In five o the contempt cases before be-fore the Supreme court yesterday and . at the conclusion the court announced , that decision would be rendered on ' Monday morning next. Twelve more Supreme court warrants ' for Democratic election officials who served In Denver have been Issued. Two ' arrests were made yesterday. Both - of the persons arrested. Max Schrad-sky Schrad-sky and Max Sissock, were released in $1,000 bonds. The men were charged with contempt In refusing to accord special Suveme court watchers .the right conferred upon them by the Supreme Su-preme court at the time of their appointment-Attorneys representing the Democrat- ic State' organisation also secured the Issuance of a batch of warrants for Republicans Jn Huerfano county. Just SVow many and the specific charges against them cannot be learned. The charge Is the same as id the Denver Den-ver cases, the alleged contempt consisting con-sisting of refusal to allow special 8u- preme court watchers to enter the polling poll-ing places designated In Huerfano county. |
