Now Grlswold has filed an answer and cross-complaint, charging that by reason of Lowe's failure to bring him through as he had guaranteed to do, and the Injuries he had received through exposure, he was damaged to the extent of $5870. He divides di-vides this Into 15000 for breach of contract and $370 for money spent for medical services and money furnished Lowe at various times.
