SOLDIERS ARE READY FOR TARGET WORK The soldiers at Fort Douglas have begun be-gun to get their rifle ranges In shape for the summer's rifle practice, which will begin in the near future. The rifle ranges lie on the rolling slope north of the barracks, and Infantry targets tar-gets have already been set up for the different ranges. The batteries will also have an opportunity oppor-tunity for limited practice, although this will be at a disadvantage owing to the fact that all the shooting has to be done up hill, toward the mountains.
