Show TAKE FRESH AIR. While Spanish influenza continues to rage in Utah and other parts of the country, there is some hope that ths crest of the epidemic will soon be passed in this vicinity. Sunshine is said to be deadly to germs of all kinds, and the weather here is very much in our favor. Fresh air is also the best kind of an antidote for many of the ills to which tho human flesh is heir, and we are convinced that the people ef Salt Lake should take advantage of these bright, sunshiny days and get out into the open instead of remaining in the house for fear that they will become be-come victims of the epidemic. The physicians are agreed upon the neces- sity for fresh air, and their advice should be taken in this as well as all matters in connection with the Spanish influenza. We do not know how long it will be before ihe bar is lifted in this community, but we should not give way to fear, and. by all means we should take plenty of fresh air. |
