Goal Offered to Holland. THE HAGUE, Friday, Oct. 18. (By the Associated Press. ) Announcement was made at the American legation here today to-day that the United States government had offered to place at the immediate disposal of the Dutch government 100,-000 100,-000 tons of coal monthly for the next twelve months or until the end of the war. The coal is to be shipped in vessels ves-sels sent from Holland. The only condition condi-tion to this offer Is that Holland cease sending food to Germany.
