S- Barker in the municipal mu-nicipal com t. This notice was served when Henry Cupplcr was brought into court to be sentenced upon the charge of being intoxicated. From the statement of Assistant City Attornev D. L. Stine, Cuppler had been promised that he would not be prosecuted prosecut-ed if he would furnish certain information informa-tion to the officers. |
