The regular monthly payroll muster was held yesterday morning at 0 o'clock and 6169 enlisted men responded to the welcome assemblv call of the buglars. Rollcall followed and in due time the soldier sol-dier boys will receive their September pay from Uncle Samuel. The muster was v- informal, the men appearing in any service serv-ice uniform that they happened to have on at the moment. The training period begins at 1 and ends at 11 o'clock In the forenoon. Work Is Extensive. Four companies of each battalion will receive instructions from Captain Bloch simultaneously.
