HUNT LOSES. The supremo court of Arizona 'has declared Thomas E. Campbell, the Be-publican Be-publican candidate, the do facto governor gov-ernor of the state, and Hunt, Democrat, Demo-crat, who was apparently beaten for reelection re-election by a few votes, has signified his inteutio of turning over the office of-fice aud its belongings to the rightful occupant today, which he refused to do when his Republican opponent was sworn in on tho first of January. The whole matter, however, is not yet settled, set-tled, for the defeated Democrat instituted insti-tuted a contest aDd a recount of the votes is now in progress.
