W. Chambers and his deputies depu-ties for more than a year. Yates, according ac-cording to information in the hands of Commissioner Chambers, was caught in the act of killing a deer without having hav-ing observed the requirement of taking tak-ing out a game license. He pleaded guilty to the charge when arraigned eforo a local justice of the peaco yesterday. yes-terday. Yost, an old-time resident of the district and for whose family tbe village of Yost was named, is alleged to have killed a fawn. "The state fish and game department has had trouble in Boselder county for more than a year," said Commissioner Chambers yesterday.
