Lutz'of Chicago, general traffic manager of the Chicago & Alton railroad, who has been a frequent visitor in Salt Lake during the past few years, is slated for the vice presidency of the road, according ac-cording to information received here yesterday. yes-terday. Official notice of his elevation is expected any day. Three changes in the ofticial roster of the traffic department already have been announced. C. W. Galligan, formerly general freight agent, lias been appointed assistant freight traffic manager, and will he succeeded as general freight agent by A. E. Lee. J. F Vosburgh has been appointed assistant, as-sistant, general freight and passenger agent.
