Kcclcy of the Keolcy H rowing company of Chicago, and .James Ivors of the Tvors-Tlyan Coal company of this city, purchased 320 acres of high-grade coal lands in Emery county yesterday. W. .Senior, land attorney. , who gave a check for the lull amount to the representatives of the local Unit ed States land office. The land is located about six miles south of Kunnyside, and the nearest ' railroad is the Denver & Kio Grande, which passes through that town. It is i understood that the development of the ' extensive coal property will begin nt once. It was purchased primarily in order that large holdings in iron piop-i-rty in Jron countv which Mr. Keeley owns may be developed by the proper grade of coke which will be manufactured manufac-tured from this coal. It is further understood un-derstood that MY. Keeley and Mr. Ivers plan to go into the .development of tho iron property on an extensive scale.
