Show PIONEER FAMILY GATHERS. Reunion of the Paxmans at American Fork Is Elaborate Affair. Special to The Tribune. AMERICAN FORK, Sept. 18. The third annual reunion of the Paxman family was hold here today at the home of Mrs. Emily T. Miller, the day being tho eighty-third anniversary' of Mrs. Ann R. Paxman, the oldest member of the family now living. The Paxman family Is closely Identified Identi-fied with the early history of Amorlcan Fork in particular and the state of Utah in general. William Paxman, with his family, arrived in American Fork in February, 1SG2 and was bishop of tho Mormon church here for a number of years. Ho assisted in organizing the first Sunday school in this city and was Its first superintendent. lie ivas tho originator of the first old folks' entertainment enter-tainment In the then territory of Utah.
