D Lowla yesterday sustained tho demurrer of the defendants In tho action brought by the R L. Polk Directory company to restrain F. I,. Leech. IL IT. Stringhani and B. C. Palmer from using for advertising adver-tising purposes matter contained In the city directory. The directory company filed suit recently, declaring that the defendants de-fendants woro using tho street guide from tho city directory to further their advertising schemes. Damages In the sum of $1000 and a permanent Injunction Injunc-tion were sought.
