OCR Text	Show SCHMIDT CASE WILL GO TO GRAND JURY NEW YORK. Oct. C Several October grand Juries were sworn In today and the case of Hans Schmidt, the German priest who confessed to murdering Anna Aumullor, will be placed before one of them tomorrow by District Attorney Whitman. Schmidt was examined further today as to his mental condition by Dr. A. i:ow Dlcfcndorf of New Haven. Conn., formerly former-ly superintendent of the Connecticut Insane In-sane asylum, it was stated that the report re-port of Dr. Dlcfcndorf and other alienists would be given to Mr. Whitman Friday. Thc prosecutor, however, decided to ko before the grand Jury meanwhile with facts already disclosed and lo movo for trial two weeks from tomorrow or Wednesday.
