Professor Carlyle believes, be-lieves, soon may replace beef on tho American table, at least until the present pres-ent shortage can be overcome. Experts have said this could not bo accomplished short of three or four years. "Sheep con be ralsod and put on the market In a little more than a year," he said. "And It wilt be done. A present shortage of sheep In my state will bo overcome within that tlmo and a tremendous tre-mendous number placed on the markets from Idaho and other western states."
