Royal Kenneth Dixon, brnkenmn for the Union Pacific railroad, swallowed a large quantity of carbolic acid In a street car near Twenty-seventh and Welton streets about V. o'clock Sunday Sun-day morning. Ills Identity was not discovered dis-covered until today. Dixon was removed to thc county hospital nnd did not regain re-gain consciousness until this morning. Ills physicians say he has a slight chauco of recovery. Dixon, who Is 'Ji years of age, lives here at 2127 Stout street. 1I has several sev-eral relatives In Salt Lake City whose names could not be learned.
