Show MACCABEES TO OPEN SWEJMY TODAY Banquet, Reception and Musi-cale Musi-cale Features of Programme of Two Days' Sessions. The Ladles- of the Maccabees of the World will open a two days' rally In this city at 1J o'clock this morning In their hall In the I. O. O. F. building. The various va-rious hives of tho stato will exemplify their work at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, after which the meeting will adjourn to Maxim's cafe, where a banquet will be served in honor of Mrs, Alice B. Locko of Denver, lieutenant commander of the supreme hive: Lady Belle Hedges, also of Denver. doputy state commander for Utah, Colorado and Wyoming; Lndy ISmmcllne B. Wells, and the pther delegates dele-gates and visitors. At the banquet Lady Luvlnu Livingston will preside as toast-mistress. toast-mistress. At the conclusion of Die banquet tho members will return to the hall, whoro tho secret work will be resumed. Wednesday morning and afternoon work in the order will be continued, and on Wednesday ovening a public rccoptlon will be held. This reception Is to be srlven In honor of Mrs. Locke, nnd Mayor Samuel C. Park will deliver an address of welcome. This address will be responded to by Mrs. Locke and State Commander While of the ICnlghis of the Maccabees.
