WANTED MEN ARRESTED. OGDEN, Sept. 1- On information furnished fur-nished by Ralph Rackcr, who was arrested ar-rested last Friday, the police arrested tonight to-night Ralph Lahey, Frank Powell and George Black, all believed to be members mem-bers of a gang which has been guilty of many holdups In Ogden and Salt Lake during the past several weeks. Racker was arrested on description furnished fur-nished by two Chinamen who were held up and robbed last Wednesday night. When questioned by the police, he declared de-clared that the other three, with himself, constituted the members of the gang. According to the police, all four men were Implicated In the robbery of the Sunrise hand laundry early last Thursday Thurs-day morning. A few hours after, description descrip-tion of the men had been telegraphed to several western cities. Detectives Robert Rob-ert Burke and Robert Chambers arrested La her, Powell and Black in a cigar store on Twenty-fifth street and Washington avenue.
