C, arrived in the cltv yesterday and are registered at the Hote'l Utah. Mr. Calhoun and Mr. Henderson represent repre-sent the plaintiffs and Mr. Ashbaugh represents rep-resents the defendant In the $300,000 suit of Page &. Brinton against the United States government, an action growing out of the Payette-Boise canal in Idaho. A portion of the testimony in the case will be taken In this city and he remain-der remain-der will be taken at Boise.
