Although the weather contirued threat citing, the ftlli-cors ftlli-cors of tho Utah Chautauqua association associa-tion were gratified today when the attendance at-tendance at both tho afternoon and evening sessions was equal to that of tho opening day yesterday. Dr. Charles Znbelin or Boston was tho principal speaker at the afternoon session, his subject being, ''Emorson, Idealist and Individualist." Tho first change in tho programme for tho assembly was made necessary today when tho officers received a telegram announcing that the Brahms, a musical organization, could not reach tho city in time for the prelude concert this evening. Moroni Olsen, the Ogden boy who was graduated tlm year from the Lcland Power School of Dramatic Art in Boston, kindly consented to fill in that portion of 'the programmo with several dramatic readings. Dr. Zubelin lectured this evening on "Tho Nation's Human Resources," Tho following is tho complete programmo pro-grammo for tho first Sunday services of tho 1913 Chautauqua assembly: 11 a. m.
