William 'Thurston Brown of Salt Uike City will deliver a lecture at the city hall n Tooele. Wednesday evening. even-ing. This will he tho second of a series of six lectures the Rev. Mr. Brown will deliver In this city this winter. The many friends of Mrs. Marsden Smith were grieved to learn of her death at Lake Po nt, Utah. Mrs. Smith formerly for-merly lived In Tooele. She was a sister of John Marsden of this city. Satisfactory work Is bcinp' done at tho smelter. The only work that tho rold weather has chocked to any large degree Is that of laying brick on tho smokestack smoke-stack and the concrete work.
