Another chapter in the history of the Ogden Morning Examiner Ex-aminer was ndded today when James Plngree, cashier of the Plngreo National bank, and assignee for B. R. Bowman and Paul M. Lee, former lessees of tho newspaper, filed his report with the district dis-trict court. The report shows that when tho morning paper made an assignment 587.S5 was tho total amount of cash on hand. Tho assignee has collected a total of $3380 and says there is still outstanding outstand-ing S2008.79 in claims due the newspaper. These claims range in sums of a few dollars dol-lars to tho largest bill, J144.46, due tho former lessees by tho Ogden Business col-lego col-lego nnd $103.15 duo bv Ogden city, according ac-cording to tho report. William Glasmann'n claims for tho Evening Standard and assignments of paid up subscriptions to tho Morning 'Examiner 'Ex-aminer which were collected by the former for-mer lessees, amounting to more than SoOOO were turned down cold by the assignee. as-signee.
