REPORTED CHANGES ARE MADE IN BASEBALL CODE By Associated Press. CHICAGO. Feb. "..-Changes made in the playing code of baseball at (he recent re-cent mooting of the rules committor in Pittsburg have arilved at American headquarters, but no hint has been dropped as to the nature of the changes.
