The proceedings before tho grand jury next Monday will bo an investigation of the loan "of $15,000,000 from Kuhn, Loeb & Co. in New York, which made possible tho organization of tho National Na-tional Packing company and tho absorption ab-sorption of the New York Butchers' association as-sociation and other independent firms. Mondny the witnesses subpoenaed will testify regarding this connection and tho dotails of this business transaction.
