Saturday by S. B. Wright, a liveryman at Murray. Wright alleges that on March 4 Inst, he'sent his man to the, defendants' place of business to purchase a. gallon of raw linseed oil to doctor his horses with. Instead of sending tho raw o , It Is allogcd, the defendant sent boiled oil and as a result of giving the liquid to four of his horses they died. Isaac Dalton. tho man who went after thu oil, also had a fine horse In Wright's stable to which he gave some of tho oil f1 " t also died. Damages arc asked by Wright in tho sum of $426 for the loss of the four; horses and $175 for tho loss of tho Dalton horso and 535 costs ho was put to in employing a veterinary surgeon to care for the horses In tholr Illness. |
