H, Caljister states that under t rulo of tho department a penalty of 50 per cent will bo added to tho spocial liquor dealers' tax for the coming fiscal year in all cases whore tho tax is not "paid on or before .luly 3J. Tictail dealers havo a tax of $2o a year to pay, whilo the tax of wholesalers is $100 per annum. The fiscal year begins .July 1, and dealers have one month in which to malfo the payment before a penally attaches.
