Common Com-mon plcnB court todav ordorcd that the plant of Nenflo and Lcv3' Shipbuilding companv, of this city, bo sold at public pub-lic auction. Tho petition upon winch tho sale was ordcrod was presented by tho receivers, who havo operated th'o plant for eighteen months. The court fixed tho minimum selling price at $300,000, subject to the ground rent and mortgage indebtedness. No date has bcou fixed for sale. To the purchasers of tho plant will bo turned over all the company's uncompleted un-completed contracts, with tho exception excep-tion of tho Unitod Status cruiser St. Louis, which is about 90 per cont completed.
