Show Uniform Recruitment. The companies of the Twenty-ninth infantry at the post have been ordered recruited up to the maximum strength, sixty-five men to a company, com-pany, as quickly as possible. With this task In view. Lieut. Alpha T. Easton, recruiting officer at the fort, has been ordered to make six trips to Ogden each month, for the purpose of examining applicants for enlistment, and to determine de-termine their qualifications for army service. Lieut. Easton will go to Ogden tomorrow on the prescribed duty, and to take charge of 125 recruits, who will arrive there from Columbus Barracks. Ohio. |
