They have the merest smattering of English, but Intend to settle down here in the practice of their profession. Germany Ger-many is overrun with physicians and the colleges and universities are turning turn-ing out thousands annually. In two years there has been an Increase of 10 per cont. Forty-six per cent have incomes below $750 a year, and of those at least 27 per cent do not average 4500 a j'ear.
