Show EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS, Thirty Thousand People Moved to tho Rosebud Reservation. CHICAGO, July 22. Tho movement westward on account of tho opening o tho Rosebud Indian reservation in South Dakota exceeded all expectations. The Chicago & Northwestern, alone took 20,000 people to Bonesteel, Palrfax and Yankton. This unprecedented movement move-ment was largely due to the fact that a long overland journey was not necessary neces-sary to reach the reservation, the Northwestern running direct to the border. bor-der.
