OCR Text	Show CONSPIRACY ALLEGED. - Edward Butler So Charges Regarding His Indictment. COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.. July 23. In an Interview today Edward 'Butler of St. Louis said concerning tho grand Jury indlctmont against him for the bribery of a witness: "It Is all a conspiracy for political purposes pur-poses on tho purl of. Folk ngainst me and a certain prominent banker mid broker brok-er of St. Louis. Immunity was promised to all who would give Information that would lead to my being Indicted. I am charged with bribing a witness, and It Is not true. 1 know all about the Indictment Indict-ment before I left St. Louis and made arrangements ar-rangements In advance for the furnishing of a bond." Mr. Butler declares that lie Is through with politics. Ho will remain In Munllou about four weeks. , (
