Tho Delno- crnts of Colorado today named I dclesfUes lo the National convention conven-tion at St. Louis, as follows: ' First District Delegates at large: Charles S. Thomas. Charles J. Hughes. Jr., T. J. O'Connell, Denver. District delegates: Charles B. "Ward of Boulder, Harry Elnsley of Denver. Second District Delegates nt large: A. P. Seeds, Cripple Creek: Alva Adams, Pueblo; George K. West. La Plalu. Thl id District John II. Voorhees. Pueblo; J II. Robeson, Clear Creek. Judge Jolni T. Mulllns of Denver was unanimously elected national committeeman. commit-teeman. The delegation goes unlnslructcd. The Hearst people captured the caucus held by the Second district delegates, but when they attempted to pass a resolution Instructing for Hearst through the convention It was turned down by a vote or 379 to 10S. The platform indorses the Kansas City platform of 1900 and Instructs delegates dele-gates to use all honorable means to secure se-cure a platform in harmony therewith; demands the enforcement of all antitrust anti-trust laws; demands u complete revision re-vision of the tariff and the placing of all trust-made goods on the free list; demands the admission into the Union of Arizona, Oklahoma and New Mexico; demands that the people of the Philippines Philip-pines be Insured their Independence at the earliest possible moment: opposes giving national banks the power to in any manner control the circulation of the money of the Government; demands 6wlft and" sure punishment to the perpetrators per-petrators of the Cripple Creek outrage; declares for law and order, but condemns con-demns Gov. Peabody for deporting men from their homes; pledges just treatment treat-ment to both labor and capital; condemns con-demns Republicans for extravagance in State financial affairs; holds Republicans Republi-cans responsible for the failure of the Legislature to enact an eight-hour law.
